I have spent many years in the corporate world. I have seen the ups and downs associated with management and owner level decisions. There is a better way to operate. Business can generate money, absolutely. But it should be about a win/win for both parties. The client should get great value for their hard-earned money, while the service provider should also benefit with a profit for services rendered. Too many are focused on the bottom line, and the almighty dollar, and they have forgotten that business is about the relationship between client and supplier. The relationship is what is important. Will be it a cheap, one time thing? Or will it be a meaningful, long-term, beneficial one?
I’ve worked many jobs. Delivery driver (pizza, spas, furniture), cook, travel agent, admissions / enrollment advisor, telemarketing, technical support, and sales. The most fulfilling paid the least. The nasty, dirty, sleazy sales jobs paid the most. I got tired of trading my morals for more money. Instead, I decided to start a business where the client got great value, but also felt respected, honored, and valued.
Business is about win/win. What can I help you win today?
